Iterate iterate iterate.
Repeatable innovation.

Compounding results.
Efficiency.
These are the things I’m thinking about when creating content.
There is an art to content. Balancing personality, entertainment, value, relatability, creativity, authenticity, culture, and standing out in the ocean of constant infinite personalized algorithmic content.
My initial approach was one of perfectionism and ego.
Spend 8 hours on one 2 minute video to make myself look cool and sound smart with a high horse message. Honestly, this worked before especially on my old videos because I was using an iPhone and shitty lights and capcut editor, I was relatable and humble and had humility. It felt safe. But on my return, something new is demanded of me. It’s a new playing field. I must play the game differently while still maintaining the core values and mission from the beginning. I’ve done a lot of inner work to create a better version of myself. But I am much different than who I was before. There is a lot of me that needs to be expressed still that my audience doesn’t really get to see and ahsn’t seen in the past 2 years. Will I be accepted? Will I be approachable and enjoyable to the new viewers who know me. And will the new formats and feeling be accepted from those who followed from the beginning? I need to find a way to nurture my day ones while creating a fun space that new people can join.
But trying to be perfect and putting the literal spot light on myself isn’t the move for either.
So to clarify the problem here, I need a content creation process that is aligned with the initial mission; To create awareness of gratitude for the present and to prepare the world for the future through positive and honest content. “Grateful for today — Prepared for tomorrow.”
This needs to be capable of monetization without disrupting the relationship with the audience.
Possible streams are: Selling digital products with true value (Grateful GPTs). Sponsorships with brands that align with our values. Adsense through platform reward systems on Youtube, TikTok and Twitch. Eventually building our own streaming platform.
To do this efficiently we must create as much high quality content and high value offers with as little wasted energy as possible. 8 hours working on one single video is blasphemy.
There is another way.
Streaming for 4-8 hours.
Sharing that long form video on Youtube.
Hiring editors to make clips for the long form and post to @mr.grateful, @gratefulfuture and other @ pages we collect and partner with.
This way we multiply the reach with a more effortless recording approach.
