Permission to use and customize
A purchase grants the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, copy and modify the Grateful Labs original material in this downloaded kit for any number of their own businesses and client projects. No separate per-business, per-client or agency license is required. Employees and contractors may work with the files for those purposes. You may give the files to an AI assistant you choose to help with that work.
You may use the kit to create and operate commercial websites, applications, products and services, and charge for client development, customization, delivery, hosting and maintenance. Your customers may use the finished applications and services you create.
Client delivery
You may deliver a customized project to a client, including the source code, templates and documentation needed to operate, maintain and further customize that project. The client may use, copy and modify those delivered files for that project and share them with its employees, contractors and AI assistants for that purpose. Keep this license and applicable third-party notices with the delivered project files.
This permission covers delivering a project adapted for a client. It does not permit handing over the original kit as a general-purpose resource, template library or source kit for the client to redistribute.
No resale or redistribution of the kits
You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or give away the original kit, its source, templates or documentation as a standalone kit or reusable resource. You may not repackage or modify those materials and distribute them as another source kit, template collection or competing downloadable product, whether paid or free. This includes making the kit available in a public repository, shared download library or bundle.
The client-project delivery and finished-product permissions above are allowed. These restrictions do not prevent sharing the files with your own team, contractors or chosen AI assistants for the permitted work, and do not restrict rights independently granted by third-party licenses.
Ownership and third-party material
Grateful Labs retains its rights in its original kit material. This license does not claim ownership of your business content or original additions; ownership of client-specific work is governed by your agreement with that client. Third-party components retain their own licenses, and their license terms control those components. Preserve required third-party notices. Product and company names in source references identify their origin; this license does not grant third-party trademarks or endorsement.
What the purchase includes
The purchase includes the downloaded version and its documentation. It does not include hosted services, access to the creator’s accounts, future releases, installation, ongoing support or a promise of business results unless your order separately says so. API, AI, hosting, email, payment and fulfillment charges belong to your own provider accounts.
Responsibility for your implementation
The materials are provided as-is. You are responsible for configuring, testing and operating your adapted system and for the content, data and services you connect. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
