Community Intro: A First Sit Together

This is the first time we are gathering as a community.

The shape is simple. We sit in silence together for the first twenty minutes. Then we open into a conversation about what each of us is building with technology right now, and what we are noticing as we build.

I host. You arrive.

What to expect

The first twenty minutes are silent. You do not need to know how to meditate. You will hear three soft bells: one at the beginning, one at the halfway mark, one at the end.

The next forty-five minutes are open conversation. I will share what I have been working on at The Sacred Act and what has been alive for me in the work. Then we open the room. You can share what you are building. You can share what you are stuck on. You can listen.

The last ten minutes are for whatever the conversation has become.

Who this is for

Builders, makers, writers, designers, founders, and anyone whose work touches AI in some way and who wants to do that work from a more grounded place.
